A little flaw in that thought process. As recently as today they have offered Norma Tac's, that I personally have on BO for close to three month's. I believe they have had them in stock at least three times since I placed my order.

They have never emailed me to notify that they were in stock, I don't really need them and should cancel them, but I have other items on the BO that I do want to lose.

Assuming you're talking about MidwayUSA, I believe you can go into your order history and cancel individual items from a backorder without canceling other items from the same transaction that are also on backorder. I did this a couple months ago.

My last and backorder from Midway was 2000 rounds of m22 on 1/29. I have had 3 small backorders ship from them and that's all.

I got a case (5250 rds) from Midway of fed 525s for $216 shipped, backorder from 1-10-2014. I received them3-10-2014. They didn't tell me, I was checking B/O status, they showed in stock so I paid and they shipped. My B/O was about a week before they stopped taking B/Os. BiggB

Speaking of midway , with all the mini mag thats been going around , I'm surprised I have not seen any of my mini mag backorders I placed the first week of November. Midway has been slacking lately

I don't know if there's going to be plenty of cheap ammo or not. I hope, but when CTD can sell out of buckets for $251.99 on Gunbot I don't have a lot of hope.

It will come down eventually, but if you look at Gunbot's out of stock 22LR, everything under 13cts a rd is sold out. People are still panic buying for now.

This thread was started in October. Supply seems "better" for now but we wont know for sure for some time.

I know some people get mad for this kind of post, but who cares. I just got 2 fed 2100 ammo cans on the step and 500 SV cci's. I placed the orders on the 03/31 and 04/02. Just in case anyone else who ordered those days were wondering in SOCAL.

Things pretty slow today. I wonder when Gander is going to drop some in stocks. I have to admit, I have always been more of a Cabelas fan, but the past few shipments from Gander were shipped the next day after ordering. Cabelas seems to take their time on some things and fast on others. I am very very pleased with Gander, especially the free & lightning fast shipping.
