Possibly we could pattern the times Cabelas posts their ammo like we have done with Gander.

Regardless of what happens, I still maintain this is good news even if Cabela's goes nuclear and stops selling ammunition online altogether.

The cart links were easy and addictive. Combine those two things and you have a process that diffuses quickly to a large percentage of people. In turn, individual odds of scoring go way down.

Cabela's will almost certainly keep selling ammunition online. Those willing to go the extra steps to monitor those product availability pages (just like they do for other online sites) will still score. Competition will reduce dramatically since the quick-and-easy cart links that a 5-year-old could work are now gone. Good news.

Anyway, weren't people getting all varieties of sand in their vaginas over the fact that folks were "stealing" the "back door links" from here and propagating them on other forums? This solves that issue. Now everyone can get de-sanded.

I probably wasn't clear in my last post. But the rimfire section going away is nothing new.

It seems to go away when all the rimfire is sold out, 17hmr 22mag 22lr etc.

In the past we could ignore that and still use our saved shopping carts even if the section was missing.

They remove their Rimfire page from time to time when they have no rimfire items in stock. It will come back up when they do.
