10c/ round, are they worth it?

My .22 AR shoots them more accurately and reliably than anything else. But as general purpose ammo I'd rather have the mini mags.

On another matter I just ran into a dedicated thread on the CMP forums with hundreds of posts about the Cabelas links and how to use them, including the advice to email yourself a copy right away because the popular ones tend to get killed off. Since these guys often live near Cabelas some of them are talking about using the free ship to store, getting a brick of Blazers per day, and dropping by every couple of weeks to collect them up a dozen at a time. Just in case anybody still thinks the technique is our property and can be protected somehow.
