I'm expecting mine to be deliverd today. Cabela's had said it would not ship until the end of July. I'm curious how the M22 will shoot in my 795.

Midway has 22LR ammo... but make sure you need something else as shipping is about $15 for the first box. After 3 boxes it goes down to $17ish. If you need something else, it may make it worth your while.

Cheapest 500 is $29, but there are 4 types available at the moment.

Sweet - Cabela's backorder of WINCHESTER M*22 1000-ROUND PACK ordered on May 16 finally shipped today.

Yup, getting mine as well.

I called up Cabela's to confirm the charge, since that cost didn't match my order. Turns out that the Thunderbolt is still on backorder from the same purchase. The representative, before hanging up, congratulated me on "finally getting my ammo".

The stench of the Aguila kinda grows on you after awhile. I think I'm starting to like it. My wife likes the Sniper Subsonics, she calls them; "Big Dumb Bees."

Just bought one box of 500. With shipping it came out to .18 cents per round. Looks like they have a lot in stock, too.

That's because it's /really/ expensive - would be OK for non-bulk mini-mags. At the local range I can pick up better stuff for < $5/box - just with a limit of 2 boxes of 50

Thats insane. I can't believe people are still gouging. I don't think Ive paid more thank 5.5-6.5 cents a round. Just have to be patient.

I've seen the Centurion brand go for what Thunderbolt used to cost...around .05 a round!

Now you know why it is so available there.
