It is an awesome family gun. So much that we now have two. A couple thousand rounds thru them and still working great. The wife and kids love them and ask to go shooting every weekend, what more could you ask. Easy to clean too!!

This is my wife's first gun and she loves it. Shoots everything we have put in it so far.

I just got one for my wifes birthday. Did you duracoat the slide? Looks nice, I would like to add some bright magenta color to hers and surprise her for her birthday.

I finally got to try my sr22 on paper a week or so ago. Until now I only shot it at cans/ bottles whatever else was around so while it was a good break in and familiarizing with the gun it was hard to tell just how accurate it was. So I ran another almost 100 rds through it at a paper target mostly to see were it hits. At close range it was hitting noticeably high and slightly left, the windage was visibly off from the factory but both are easily adjustable. Reliability was good still no problems shooting cci mini mags. My first time shooting it the trigger reset stood out and I did not like it. This time I had no real problems with it but just is not as nice as I would like. I am not completely sold on the hype around the gun but for what it is it really is good. Cheap to shoot and functions closely to most other simi autos for training and what not. I think it really stands out as a introduction to others or for somebody who doesn't shoot that much because it functions similarly to most other pistols what they learn on it could transfer if and when they want to shoot something different. So it is acceptably accurate (more so than my ability allows) light and a nice size (not a tiny pocket pistol but plenty big to shoot comfortably. As I said I'm not falling in love with it but I'm sure it will be with me this summer when the rattle snakes and tin cans come out, after all it is a rim fire and they are just fun to shoot.
