      Thats a left hand stock BTW. They sell them in different finishes/woods, that's in Birch.

      Local Gun show dealer stocks them, also online. Made in Europe I believe, I'll track down the company if I can for you! Midway did have them in stock, about $150...
      TURNING and turning in the widening gyre
      The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
      Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
      Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
      The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
      The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
      The best lack all conviction, while the worst
      Are full of passionate intensity.

        Thanks for the info. That is a very good looking stock. I may have to add that to my next 10/22!

            Forget those stocks and get going on finishing up that remodel before code enforcement gets in there and condemns that place!

              yep still have some water damage left from the big hole in the roof I got during Irene. I ain't to worried about CI, they like me enough from working on H.F.H. houses. I'll fix the dry wall after I get done tiling the bathroom/laundry room.

Each of their styles of stocks is optimized for a different style of shooting be it prone, silhouette, bench, or hunting/plinking but none are so specialized that you can't use it for everything. Below is part of my collection and I intend to build one more using this stock. BTW just because Shooter's Discount's site shows out of stock you can still call and let them search the warehouse for you.

                Thanks, this post finally pushed me into getting the Trailblazer in Walnut! Beautiful stock, just have to wait 3-4 weeks now...

                  I really like that one too. A lot. I am a fan of the factory laminate stocks too. I like the fact that they are really stable and look nonthreatening. That's a plus when you're shooting in rural areas where tacticool guns scare old ladies.

                        If you wanted a stock with both free float and bedding what stock would you recommend?

                          A couple hundred dollars of ammo is way cooler than a stock.

                            I'm in the middle of building a 10/22 for someone and I had my hands on a Boyd's SS evolution stock. As absolutely ridiculous as it looks, it's actually really comfortable. I get a good cheek weld, don't have to think about where my face is against the stock since it always goes to the same place, lightweight but not so much that it makes the rifle unbalanced, good ambidextrous grip(although I absolutely cannot shoot a rifle using my left eye to aim), the LOP is fine even though I'm 6'6" I don't feel like I need to add a pad on the rear to get more length.

                            It really is a good stock.

                            Unfortunately I don't have any pics since I'm still waiting on a couple more parts to arrive.
