ONLY if you get the kit with the "fake" suppressor agreed? Most of the kits I have seen have that smaller "fake" flash hider (half the length at least) and that surely would not be long enough, agreed? So did you buy the fake suppressor as yet another part or is there a kit where you get that instead of that short flash hider.

EDIT: I now see, in reading closer at some specs, this kit comes with both items: Aluminum flash hider (fits all standard barrels) and Dummy suppressor (fits 18 1/2 standard barrels)

The fake suppressor sits flush with the end of the barrel. It is really only a shroud that slips over the barrel. It does not add any length to the rifle. If you use the flash suppressor, it would be a little longer than 26.5"

Definately.. it's about 40$ cheaper.

I tried on Midway and it told me no-go due to the magazine (25rd) that comes in the kit.

You can buy from the same guy I did and with tax and shipping it was about 10-15 bucks less.

I even called midway to ask if they could take the mag out of the package and they said, "No". To quote, "Even if we could take the mag out, which we can't, the system still won't let us ship it to you because it sku's as a kit."

I should have just ordered it and sent it to my buddy in washington state and then had him ship it here minus the mag.

We are currently working on getting Midway to carry the 10 round kits too. If I hear of a confirmation, I will post here.

The new revision magazines are due to run in about 10 days. The new magazines have steel pins molded in front and rear. They just keep getting better and better. I've got a couple of pre-production samples, and I am very pleased. I believe you will be too...
