Ok boys & girls...I got one of the first Marauder kit for the Ruger 10/22 for T&E and I have to say its everything I thought it would be. I first handled this kit at Shot Show back in Jan and I was blown away. I was already a big fan of thier Archangel 556 kit and this just steps it up a notch! A big notch since it looks like a gun that I know I will never own. (the H&K G36)
Its very well made. Very solid fitting with zero slop. The folding stock is rock solid even when you are rough with it. It is obviously injection molded but the final product is very clean with hardly any flashing and the seams are very clean. They definitely perfected their technique over the years. The details and over all quality of this kit is just as good if not better than any of the other plastic kits out there. I have owned Tapco stocks and this blows it away.

I have already gotten alot of questions about it on other forums so I guess I'll post the answers here also.
it will accept a 920 bull barrel.
the mag can be run without the mag cover.
the mag might be able to work in other kits like a Tapco but I have not confirmed that yet?
the stock can be removed if you wanted to run it like a pistol. Its just a big hinge design.
the top rail is metal and can be removed.
the bottom rail is not removable and is part of the handguard so its plastic.
the grip cannot be removed or swapped out.
the flash hider and barrel shroud is held in place with a roll pin not a screw.
the flash hider is aluminum
the barrel shroud is plastic.
it has 5 QD metal inserts for sling attachments (2 up front, 1 middle left side, 2 rear on the folding stock)
the rear sight is adjustable for windage & elevation and both are removable.
it does not come in any other color and probably wont. But you can always paint it.
the folding stock locks with a click when folded so it wont flop open.
the extended bolt lock lever is actually designed to be released just by slapping the bolt HKMP5 style!!!
no it does not lock open on the last round fired.
the extended mag release is plastic.
the mag does come with a limiter for states like California.
Obviously it is a folder so this might not be a good choice if you need an adjustable/collapsible stock for kids or the wife? The LOP is short to begin with though.
I am taking it out shooting this weekend so a video should be up soon. Enjoy guys.
