It will go bang...but, not able to hit what you want after 15 yards. Cheap toy...but, fun.

I love buying inexpensive guns just for the fun of adding to the collection. Obviously this isn't going to be your daily carry that you will rely on to save your life, so who cares. Show me another pistol for $119 that's better.

BUY IT and have fun with it!!!

My wife has one of these and she likes it. It was not as picky with ammo as my P22. Although for the first couple hundred rounds you should use CCI mini mags.

I know i get what i pay for, i have a couple cheapies... as a matter of fact, my Dad gave me a Bryco 380 once and its the biggest POS on the planet, but he gave it to me so i could get used to repairing guns. I would never consider shooting it ever again, but never consider getting rid of it either.

Then you will need to get the 5" target barrel and mag kit. http://www.outdoorsuperstore.com/pro...CONVERSION+KIT Mark

I have the 5" barrel kit and it does improve accuracy. That little gun runs but the safeties drive me crazy. I also have the .25.

I have a small "mouse gun" collection and an HP22 is apart of it. Too many damn safety devices, but it is a fun gun to shoot though.

                      Works fine.

This pistol is a great shooter. It's a bugger to clean. The mag safety can be modified by removing one part, which is reversible.

I bought one this morning with hopes it will help get the wife to the range more. I wanted a cheep beginner pistol so now for my 10 day wate, and one can never have to many 22's around. cheep to feed, goes bang and looks good to what more do you want for $119.00.

Bought one this morning at Turners also. Too cheap to pass up. These were reviewed in the June 2007 issue of Gun Tests (gun-tests.com) and they liked them. Awesome publication by the way. No advertisers. Just tests. Worth the $$$ for the subscription. They have been dead-on with their ratings so far. 1.8 inch groups avg. at 15 yds with CCI pistol Match and 1.9 inch groups with Winchester Super X hollow points. My Baretta Bobcat won't even feed the Super X.

It's cheap and Phoenix Arms is based in SoCal.
