    Darkstar, it looks like Ruger did a nice job on barrel. Like BobGBA says, I'd be curious as to how they fixed it.

    Slightly OT: I had trouble aligning the top of the front sight with the rear sight. My solution was to use white paint to paint the very top of the ramp. I actually used "WhiteOut". That really helped.

        Great to here you were taken care of, you did the right thing.
        Curious why you think they refinished your Single Six? Does the finish look different from what you remember?
        I’d imagine just changing your barrel would be the easiest/cheapest fix for Ruger.

            The invoice said they refinished the frame and barrel. They test fired the firearm and cleaned it. It looks great honestly nothing different in the finish or anything.
