I really like SK, pistol match or rifle match. NEVER any issues and extremely accurate!

I’ve shot a few boxes of it through both my AR and 15/22 10/22 with no issues.

Among your Federal choices in 22LR Champion is probably toward the upper range of options, and certainly far above American Eagle red box with reliability (which I have had terrible luck with misfires, even after 2-3 strikes, and gave away a couple of bricks worth after all the troubles with the AE).

I've pretty much gone over to CCI for plinking and have had excellent consistency and grouping with Norma Tac 22 as far as budget target shooting/varmints. I tried a dozen target rounds up to and including SW, Lapua, Ely $20/ box stuff. For the money the Tac 22 worked best (CZ 452 rifle, Ruger 10-22 rifle, Winchester 67A rifle, Browning Buckmark 90's vintage, couple of S&W .22 revolvers - 63, 617).

My AR22 (Tac Sol upper) really likes the Fed 525 bulk/blue box stuff. Fewer jams, smoother feeding; I think its the slightly tapered shape of the bullet. Accuracy is bulk box accuracy. I don't shoot for score with it, I shoot cans, flippers, shooting gallery knock downs, etc. Plinking ammo.

OP: I have the better mag adapter, too. How is it working for you? I find that it won't feed the last round in the mag if the BHO piece is installed. I had to take out that little piece and after that it fed 100%.

I've never used it, but apparently I'll be buying it for the GSG drum. GSG drum does not like CCI, or Aguila (it's the wax).

It’s seems to be the same ammo they sell at Wally World in packs of 550. I have seen them recently at Big 5 at $35 a box.
The white box Federal Field and Range seems similar as well.

The Aguila hi-velocity was ok. A little smoky with a weird smell. Not ammonia like, like PMC 223, but different. I will stick with the Federal Wally World bulk red boxed bricks when ever possible. It’s a better bang per buck. But I will use the Aguila is that’s the only thing available.

I have several of those bulk packs that I bought back in 2008, it's great stuff IMO.

My 10/22 with my tight Kidd chamber likes this stuff.

I ran a bunch of Federal auto match, gold rifle match, Aguila Super snipers and some Lapula sub sonic rifle match out of my Henry Golden boy with the new Leupold 2x7scope.

Super snipers will keyhole like out of my other guns. Lapua match shot high and wide left. Federal gold match was a little better. Federal Auto Match beat them all, bullet holes on top of bullet holes at 25 yards.

Can't beat it for my money. MK III Hunter and 10/22 performed very well with it. However, whether right or wrong, I prefer to break in a new firearm with the heavier 40 gr. Don't ask me why, because I don't have a good reason. I like the Federal Target and CCI stuff for that. Also the 40 gr seemed to give me tighter groups at longer distances (50-100 yds) through the 10/22. But, for plinking and training the Federal bricks have been great for me.

Like others I’ve had only positive results with it, function wise and accuracy.

I’ve used it in the following rimfires.

I like this stuff and buy it when I see it. A few years back, using my Marlin 39A, I shot 10 rounds through a chronograph and got 1191 fps average velocity with 83 fps spread between high and low velocity in the ten shot group. Not as good as mini-mags but much better that thunderbolts and golden bullets.
