You dont like the 4x? Its dead on out to 800 and built like a tank

I do Im torn between just getting the 4x and waiting out for the 1-6x. I like that the 1-6 gives a little more magnification when needed and less when not needed. But the size of the 4x is a big plus. Really torn between the two..
