Gee, I hope I ordered the right mount. I opted for the PA extended mount for
$49 bucks........hope I made the right SNAP decision....

Hope you have better luck than I did with mine. Great reticule but it got "cluttered up" with what looked like plastic shavings or something. They filled the lower left of the reticule at 6x.

Returned it for store credit and signed up for email alert for when back in stock. Called first thing this AM and all sold out.

Next shipment September, which given PA's track record probably means next year.

Can't wait that long so I bought a Vortex from Optics Planet.

I'll use the store credit for something else. I just re learned to steer clear of cheap, Chinese made optics. Been burnt too many times.

The Gen II has a lower failure rate than some of the far more expensive Philippine made scopes we carry. The internals are the same as a scope that is selling for $400. That said we let you down. I have a few held back if you wanted to try one. If not hit me up for you next purchase and I will make the credit go farther. If nothing else they sell for more than retail on eBay. .

Appreciate the response but there's nothing to take care of. You folks have great customer service and when I called about the glass beginning to fill up with plastic shavings I was given an RMA # and a full refund as store credit.

My intent was to just replace it like for like. When I learned it was out of stock again my wife reminded me that I'm 0-9 on Chinese made optics and when was I gonna give up on them.

Pains me to admit she is right, but she is.

There is no end to the list of stuff I need, so I'm totally cool with store credit as your prices on everything are very competitive.
