    We have given you input.

    Lots.

Furthermore, if you really were as baller as you try to project (as you keep bringing up cost like its no factor), you would just buy a bunch of optics willy nilly and not care whether its a good idea to spend the lowly $600 on one optic. In the grand scheme of things its not like we are talking S&B PMii here...

No one knows much about it because the manufacturer themselves dont actually post real specs. That right there is a huge red flag.

The link of the course you linked was designed and set up by the manufacturer to showcase the optic. Hardly objective

After this I'll refrain from posting further.

If you read my last few posts directed to you, I have NOT pressed on about buying other optics. I simply asked why you would consider optic A vs optic B or C.

Do not make this a debate between us simply because you have ill feelings towards the rest in this thread. Whether I'm spending $300 or $3000 for an optic, I would like to make an informed decision. My questions help to pull that information so you can ultimately decide whether it's worth purchasing or not.

Once value exceeds the price, that's when I buy. You seem to be on the fence and I'm helping you to realize whether you should make the jump or not by asking you questions based on this specific optic; why are you interested in it versus everything else?

Ok, its your turn. Tell me
              1. the battery life
              2. The weight.

Two pretty simple things that any manufacturer should post.

              Ill wait

I have no idea man, its a cool looking optic with nice features, i have zero experience with this optic which is why i am here. I saw a video with guys running them on some ronis and asked if anyone had experience with them.

Again, isnt that the whole point of this subforum? To get info on optics?

I was actually reading about them last week. On other sites of course. And watching youtube vids of the developer touting it. I'll admit, it does sound interesting. But it also seems a little too complicated. More stuff to fail on you possibly. Who knows how many bugs they had to leave into its firmware and build when it went into 1st-run production.

And the styling... which I know really counts for squat... doesn't look... real to me. Makes me think of a prop you'd seen in an old 1970s-80s scifi show of a gunsight from "the future".

But I do like the sight picture on this one, and the EOTech for that matter, with the big wide viewing field.

                          .

Just because this sight designed and crafted in Israel, by Israelis, which have much better and longer history of surviving-it is already extremely perfect sense to look after for it.
One thing to design and build per Mil-Spec and Mil-Std, and another thing is to design and build from battle experience counting for centuries surrounded by enemies.
I am not bushing other brands. Definitely there are good options like Trijicon, AimPoint, EOTech and so on.
BTW, I am laughing how people *****ing about weight and in the mean time put on their hardware so much unnecessary crap which has no use, but added #'s to the party.

The problem with this optic is its just a fancy EOTech type body, with a NC Star electronics package installed. There is nothing new here, only the way it is presented while sitting on the gun. Yes I have held it and Yes I have played with it.

I'm going to repeat what I said last page, if you didnt like an EOTech, you are not going to like this. Sure its an LED not a Laser, which means the reticle will be crisp and clear, but the size of this thing is un-real.

The electronics package inside is nothing new maybe new to the shooting community, but its standard re-chargeable system with a main battery like a iPhone that isnt changeable. This all means at some point in the future this item becomes a brick. If not software or hardware, something will fail and there will be no way to recover it as an optic.

This item is built for the organization who has an endless budget and doesnt care about longevity in a product.

If you have a dozen guns and a dozen optics, sure add this baby to your safe. If you are looking for a main optic, avoid this.

                                I cant be anymore clear.
