Browning A-5s (an FN military model with matte finish) were used in Malaya by the SAS and other Brit special forces in the 1950s communist insurgency. About as good a "jungle gun" as you could find.
I've only see one of the FNs and that was in the Imperial War Museum! My guess is that the rest are sitting someplace in an old depot in England waiting for somebody to take them out to play. Unfortunately it's more likely "somebody" will take them to a smelter.....Comment

LGS has an Ithaca 37 and a Winchester M20. The M20 is immaculate. 98%+ bluing. Only problem is the butt was cut and a pad put on
