As ignorant as this is, does the C&R include or exclude things like the Nagant or ship to FFL?

EDITED QUESTION: If I order a Nagant or any rifle since it is a C&R catagory, do I ship it to an FFL or my home address?

I'm not sure I understand your question.

ALL Curio and Relic (C&R) handguns are roster exempt and can be bought from an 01/07 CA Dealer, you do not need an 03 C&R FFL to order these guns. These guns however must be sent to an 01/07 FFL for transfer regardless of whether or not you have an 03 C&R FFL.

If you have an 03 C&R FFL you may travel OOS and buy any C&R firearm so long as you don't violate any CA firearms laws. Any handguns bought OOS must be registered within 5 days of you bring them into this state by filling out the form listed earlier in this thread.

At least a month. Mine expires first of next year, received the renewal stuff mid-October this year.

Mine expires today and I never received my renewal. Soon I'll be rolling in dough.
