Average C&R application wait time

My Christmas present came early this year! I was just like Ralphie when he got a package from Little Orphan Annie in Christmas Story. I ran from the mailbox to my apartment with a big ol' smile, waiting to open my envelope

I have the same question, I didn't get the CD, do I need it for some arcane reason?

It took 8 months the 1st time for me. I applied shortly after 911. After a long wait I called Georgia, and she told me explosive applications and renewals were taking priority. Finally, after 8 months, I received the license.

Second time took 50 days.

It's a shame we can't pay our taxes at the speed it takes the Government to do simple tasks like this.
