with this recent drought of Yugo ammo for the mosin, i don't think i'll be shooting my yugo ammo and just wait till rainy days to shoot the steel core surplus ammo at burro when they allow it.Originally posted by leelawBecause -ohmigosh- they can add their opinions, too?Originally posted by SoCalSig1911Preppers canceled my order this afternoon because I called them a disgrace... Here's a thread that explains it pretty well...
Boxer primed ammo is standard in the U.S., so it's what the whole reloading hobby is set up to use. Berdan primed ammo is what is standard in most of the rest of the world. But foreign ammo manufacturers will often make boxer primed ammo for the U.S. commercial market.__________________

Don't count on it--if you shoot at Angeles--rain during the winter makes no
difference. They have not allowed any magnetic projectiles for many years,
regardless of rainfall totals. PeteComment

Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Well the day after the first rain of the season last week ( wednesday ) , I called Burro Canyon if the're going to allow magnetic ammos since the area was fairly soaked. The answer was a resounding No. I think I will just go Privi Partizan way until such time when the temperature in the desert goes down to comfortable level.Last edited by tatso7; 10-13-2011, 9:16 AM.Dont just make a choice, be the person who makes the better choice.
