I'm finish sanding the stock and will be adding "items"

    1. As you know lacquer finish.
    2. As you know scope.
    3. As you know muzzle brake.

    3. Decided NOT to chrome or nickel plate. Going to keep the barrel and action intact.

    4. Looking for a coffee/herb grinder for the stock. I've found plenty on line but am wondering if anyone has one?
    Thinking about this one.... http://www.grasscity.com/us_en/ally-...b-grinder.html
    5. Looking for a 10-round magazine.

I think APEX is selling a 63 round drum magazine in 7.62*54r.

Adapting one of those would be a pretty neat trick.

You know that won't grind coffee right? Just remember to tell the LEO "I use it for tobacco officer I swear." Seriously though, the top on that grinder is magnetic and might not stay togather while firing, only the bottom "pollen" catcher and middle screen are screwed togather.

Well, you could buy a parts kit but assembling it would be illegal.

If you happened to have one of those magazines inside California before the "large capacity" magazine ban, it's 100% legal.

We might soon be able to legally buy "large capacity" magazines in California so it could be legal soon.

Any way, this is the Bubba thread so a 63 round Mosin seems damn reasonable to me.

I kind of want to do it myself (just for the hell of it).

I got this as a pepper grinder and it does a fantastic job. It is durable and attractive. The bottom bolt gave us a little trouble at first until we realized that it was a little crooked. It's all good now.

This was a practical use? I'm a history buff and I haven't heard of this before.
