    I've got a 4th change 1905, very similar to yours, but with a 6" barrel. Early 1927 model.

        I have a Model 1899 (made in 1901). Bought in a parking lot in Reno for $250, back when that stuff was still allowed in Nevada. I think you will find that if the bore is relatively decent, your revolver will be more accurate than you think. I use 148 grain wadcutters in my 1901 vintage Model 1899 Target and except for the sights being hard to see (did they have better eyes back then?), it is a very accurate shooter

          Wow! That is amazing. The first round but M&P Target model I ever seen yet even way earlier being the great, great granddaddy of the Model 10.

            I wonder if the grips are worth even more than the revolver.
