CA doesn't have it own C&R defintion, it relies on the federal definition. in CA, a gun is C&R if the feds say so, so it needs to be 50-years-old, OR listed in the C&R list.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Just curios, but why would having more than one address filled in the last 5 cause a delay? More BGCing to do? What does more than 1 past address have to do with it?Comment

FINALLY got mine today. Took them 60 days.
However, I did email one of their support staff Aron McCabe (Aron.D.McCabe@usdoj.gov) and he kept me informed of the process.
If your chit is in delay, shoot him an email and he may be able to helpIm just a doode, playin' a doode, disguised as another doode

The ATF is pretty much backlogged, they sent mine out literally right on the dot 60 days, and from there on, it was all good. I got my license (haven't got the big packet yet with all the info it states they'll send me) and i also sent it via just regular snail mail. It was about 1 week after i sent it out that the ATF charged their fees on my credit card.
Now it's time to go get my COE!
