Yup, nice rifle. I see scope groves but I can't see a notch on the back of the receiver. Is it there?

@Rickrock1, what's a "SAB?"

No notch on the receiver, darn it! But since the mount I ordered is a reproduction, I won't feel guilty drilling and tapping a couple of holes in it for set screws.

Just a guess, but SAB = sexy a** beast?

Too bad we can't get these from Canada. They are swimming in these, and they seem to run about $300-600 Canadian. They are fun rifles. Noisy, but fun.

Very nice! Most of my recent rifles are drunk bids....hahah.

You'll enjoy the SVT, they are very fun rifles. Just keep an eye on that gas system and get yourself a proper gas tool.
