Cmp was selling m14 kits no receiver my guess was no fire control group either.

Thanks for the comments guys. We were able to find an H+R bolt for a reasonable price, so its about as correct as we could make here in the PRC. The "Navy" muzzle brake, fake selector and a 10 round mag.
They sure look better with a 20 rounder. Oh well, a few more years and I'll retire and we'll move to a free state.

We are all splitting hairs here.
