Thanks for the comments guys. We were able to find an H+R bolt for a reasonable price, so its about as correct as we could make here in the PRC. The "Navy" muzzle brake, fake selector and a 10 round mag.
They sure look better with a 20 rounder. Oh well, a few more years and I'll retire and we'll move to a free state.
Now I need to get to the range and see how she runs.

Some U.S G.I. M14's were sold before the ban, yes some have changed hands over the years.

We are all splitting hairs here. I believe it was like one or two M14s and the owners had to go through years of court battles to keep their M14s from being declared an NFA item.

The CMP kits were complete except for the receiver, bolt, and barrel. I bought two kits and had one built.
