    I need a LIFE!!

My very favorite well used C&R is an old Belgian double barreled muzzle loading shotgun it was made in 1863. It belonged to my Great, Great, Great Uncle Sam. The animals which are in gold on the receiver are likenesses of his dogs and the game he hunted.

It was given to him by his Father. Passed down to me. My father remembered shooting it with his father when he was young. Looks pretty good for a gun which is 152 years old!!!

My Great, Great, Great Uncle Sam and his shotgun.

OK, I'll play. Here's my T-53. Nothing special on the outside, but has it where it counts. Butter-smooth bolt, nice trigger, sweet shooter.

I need to take pics of my type 99 Arisaka. Somebody played base ball with the upper and lower had guards . I recently finished patching up the wood that was missing [ chunks ] and touched up the patches with stain. At least the wood is complete now . It just might be a beater contest winner.

Because i started this thread i can be the Judge . So far we have tie between the
09 Argentine & the colt 1911 as best beater.
If the SKS of SVT 40 is the worst rifle he has i think his collection is something special for sure.

Not a speck of finish and about the worst service record in British service for shooting it's users so they pushed them of on the RCMP where it continued maim and kill Mounties.

It was cash & carry, so I presume it was a C&R!!

Cleaned up. Still ugly. But it works.

I am rehabbing a BNZ 45 barreled receiver I will post pictures later. It is a bit of a money pit because I'm trying to find mostly correct parts.

Have to join in fellas -

Here's a perhaps bring back - No documentations but was originally purchased from a VN vet -

He passed and this was sold by his wife - The buyer then proceeded to cold blue the gun and put a new stock on her -

                            I still like it!

Master Chief, excellent. Discerning Mauseritis patients know the VZ-24 is one of the smoothest shooters out there. I am also a big fan of the winged front sight guard. Much easier to deal with than the regular hooded Mauser FS guard.
