    Lets see some beaters

    Show us a pic of something you have that would be considered a beater or just in rough condition that is still special to you. TOO many trophy C&Rs being shown . Maybe even SVT 40 has something in this category

      Notabiker, you can't start a "lets see some beaters" thread, and not post one of your own.

      OK, I'll play. Here's my T-53. Nothing special on the outside, but has it where it counts. Butter-smooth bolt, nice trigger, sweet shooter.

              OK - I'll play, this my 1953 Polish M44 (I bought it from a fellow cal-gunner a few years ago):





              Most of the bluing is gone and the stock is a bit rough in a few places but it's fun as hell to shoot - gotta love dem' fireballs!
