If you have already removed the Trigger Group?
Flip it on its back(top), balance it over the receiver ring in one hand, put the muzzle on or over a surface(table), and then pop up on the comb(cheek rest) w/ your other hand.
The stock will come loose, the muzzle will pivot down to the surface, and then you can lift and wiggle back the stock out of the lower band.
P.S. When you reassemble, ALWAYS put a little spot of GREASE on the bearing side(bottom) of the trigger guard locking lugs.
These will wear, and lead to loose lock-up and poor shooting precision.
