J&G at the AZ SAR show las December had a bunch of Stars for sale and I went through about 10 of them but decided not to get one simce they all had various metal damage to the rear sights or other scratches or marrs that would annoy me too much if I did pick one up, so I passed.

Hi, Do you think my star B is in better shape than the ones JG is/was selling? I wanted to get from JG but decided to get directly from Century as these were graded excellent.

Yes, I think mine was made in 1946; I was hoping for WWII era pistol.

Check if the firing pin still functions. If it does do not dry fire it, or in my case have your friend dry fire it over and over again.

I have not taken it to the range yet, Does it shoot like 1911? one thing I noticed is that the trigger pull is much heavier than 1911.
