I have a Canon 450d (Rebel XSi). For general pics I use the Canon 17-55mm 2.8 IS. For the MIAD grip I used the Canon 100mm 2.8 macro. The flash I have is the Canon 580EX II. When it comes to digital SLRs I find that the lens matters a lot more than which camera body you have.
