I didn't build it, it ain't an AR-15 build, but its still .223 and hopefully I'll be able to convert my dad to the black rifle side once he sees some OLLs in person at Chabot. SU-16CA with the compact fore-end grip.

What kind of rail panels are those/how much?

TSN, those are the Magpul XT rail panels in Flat Dark Earth. Try to find them used because new, they run about $12 each. That's right.. $12 for a piece of plastic.

bought some .6 mil tactical kydex, made a paper template of the approximate design, traced it out onto the shiney side of the kydex with a blue crayon, cut with metal scissors, deburred edges with files.

Then heated it up to wrap around the p-grip. when I got to to where I wanted it, drilled three small holes and used pop rivets. Found there was some play in the "Fin" so to cover my jeans filler, I drilled the small hole in the left side and installed a small screw. No play, fin it firm. You cannot move your thumb over.

oh- and you can't really see it but there is an SEI muzzle brake on the end. They are on sale for $25. Not the prettiest on the block, but works for now!

Love your new grip. Still waiting for the RRA upper; I finsihed my taxes today and I will be getting a huge refund. How you like them apples? I think when I start my new build with my CMMG lower, I will add a a Monsterman Grip and a RRA Entry stock to see if it fits better
