Hi guys, I have a question which I have been told Yes and No so not sure on the answer.

Is the Archangel Stock without the folding stock on a Mini 14 Ruger be CA legal? With out any modifications on it. Some say I need the Magazine lock so it can be legal and some say as long as I don't have the folding stock. Everything say having a 10 round magazine or less.

With that stock, you need a mag lock. Pistol grip is the issue there.
