For still photos, this is when you need the high end digital SLR cameras with super fast frame rates and large buffers. It's basically like shooting sports, you anticipate the action, and press and hold down the shutter, shooting a bunch of shots -- so you end up with a bunch of "freeze frame" type photos and pick out the one that hopefully captures the exact moment you want.
Here is an example. This was shot with a camera that shoots 8.5 frames per second, and I picked out the image with the brass just ejecting.

Cool photos. Sadly my digital camera is not that great. You hold the button and forever and day later it takes the picture. I have tried using the video camera feature to do as I described. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. So I guess I just have the wrong tool for the job...and yes, I know..."That's what she said!"For still photos, this is when you need the high end digital SLR cameras with super fast frame rates and large buffers. Cool mag. Whats the story on that grip?

Dear California,
I love you. I was born and raised in you. You have given me some of the best times of my life. Now with that said, I can not wait to move!

It's a Tango Down with a suregrip rite-pull adapter that puts it another 3/4" back, I'm really picky about having the tip of my finger rest naturally on the middle of the trigger, tried 4 or 5 setups before getting it right with this one. Looks ugly but feels great.
