I've got a stripped lower in the safe

WTF should I build it into? I've got a 9mm AR carbine, 20" A2 style with BB, 16" carbine with MMG, and a Fab10/50BMG. So I'm pretty diverse as far as my AR's go. I was thinking of doing a dedicated 22lr build on it so my kids could shoot it, but the 9mm fits the bill on that one. So what should I make it? A naughty pre-election blaster? I'm out of ideas. I was kind of thinking of doing a retro build but want some other opinions.
Lord, make my hand fast and accurate.
Let my aim be true and my hand faster
than those who would seek to destroy me.
Grant me victory over my foes and those who wish to do harm to me and mine.
Let not my last thought be 'If I only had my gun."
And Lord, if today is truly the day you call me home, let me die in an empty pile of brass.

A .22 is a lot of fun and VERY cheap to shoot. Or, I could always trade you a 16" .223 upper for a SS scope? How about a U15 build?

Grendel? 7.62x39? 5.7x28? Or send it off to be engraved and build it into a rifle for someone else.

Wait a few months for incorporation to settle and some of the AW tactics to become more clear.......then I'd wait a few more months to see how any CA NFA agendas might be shaping up........I've suspended a lot of my building to wait for the yellow brick road to appear.....
