They wouldn't just shut you out for something that was their fault. There's got to be something more to the story to end up on their no buy list.

I would call and talk to the guy who sent the email. It could be they don't want any more problems with a customer that can't be satisfied. Find out.Comment

Happier now that I didn't pick one up yesterday. I alerted those looking on ARFCOM, but I am waiting for WMD to come online tomorrow."I submit to you that if a man hasn't discovered something that he will die for, he isn't fit to live." --Martin Luther King, Jr.Comment

I based the equipment I use, in one main factor. Run the hell out of it, till they are proven reliable. For me BCM is way up there, by the description of your malfunctions, to me seems like magazine issues, it also could be the buffer weight selection and spring tension for the gas port.Comment

I never understood why BCM has such clout here in Calguns. They don't do anything special, their parts are shipped in just like any other vendor, they don't make ****. And everyone is on the BCM nut like they make a difference and their products are superior.RIP iTrader: Feedback Profile for L4DComment

They should update the "return policy" section, 15% restocking fee and banned for life.
If anyone ordered a BCM BCG and decides they don't want it, PM me and I'll buy it from you for the price you paid, do not risk getting blacklisted, its just not worth it :-)Comment

Maybe they're upset that you didnt return the Bcm hat and posters...hahaNRA Lifetime memberComment

The OP hasn't posted his emails to BCM so the only thing I could think of is that he was pretty unpleasant when he e-mailed them and so they decided to not sell to him. There is nothing wrong with not wanting to deal with a repeat headache customer.Originally posted by barrageThat's because Excelsior threads are like toilet bowls. There were no rude emails to BCM, and all my communications in either direction from the problem I had with my upper back in 2010 were very pleasant. They were great to deal with and offered repair or refund and made it all very easy. So I had no reason to even be put in a situation that could have called for any harsh tones. Like I said, I even posted on Calguns in 2010 that they had great customer service. The only thing I can think of was that I posted my original problem in the first place on Calguns.Comment
