Who cares? Like there aren't a thousand other companies to buy AR parts from.

            Wow that sucks
The liberal see's the glass as half full and tries to take more.
The conservative see's glass as half empty and tries to keep it that way.
I'm with the people on the side just pouring water in the glass trying to get a drink!

HAHAHA! So they took care of you on a defective part - and you decided to give them a second chance and this is what they do?!?

that is absolute customer service FAIL!

Just last week I had a customer return a defective item (out of spec) and I offered a replacement he had already purchased one. I apologized and offered him a further 20% toward anything else he needed.
yesterday he came in purchased a bunch of stuff... it would make ZERO sense as a business for me to tell them to **** off because we can't provide the level of service they require... that's basically bowing out.

THAT'S IT - I'm done with BCM. There are a LOT of companies out there that make quality AR stuff...
you don't rise to the occasion,
you just fall back on your level of training.

It appears that BCM is no different than Medical Doctors. They don't want bad press to ruin their "Rep". Medical Doctors keep records of difficult patients, and subscribe to a service that tracks difficult patients. When a new patient tries to make an appointment, if their name is on the List, they are refused an appointment.

I suspect that if the final outcome had been different (problem was solved, and OP posted that result and that he was happy), BCM would not have "Blacklisted" him.

But to tell you the truth, it sounds to me like the OP was being difficult. He never mentions what brand of ammo he was using (I'm thinking it was underpowered steel case), or the Pmags he insisted on using were the problem. Some Pmags are problematic, just like some early USGI mags were problematic.

The gun needed to be broken-in with US manufactured M193 or M855 for 300-500 rounds and proven USGI mags, before deciding there was a problem.

New guns are unreliable, no matter what model, or who the manufacturer is/was. You have to break them in, and test them with all the mags you are planning to use, to eliminate any mags that are not reliable.

WOW! You even posted on CGN praising their cutomer service, that is free advertisement in their favor and then they blacklisted you!

Not true, I posted the link to my original post in 2010. All the issues of ammo, magazines etc were addressed.

I think this is the second time I've heard about this. Pretty funny.

I *****ed about a cancellation fee at callegalmags.com and now I'm totally blocked from their website. Oh well, more money for someone else.

Maybe they oversold and just used that reason as an excuse. Bcm been excellent for me thus far.

If they remembered you, the exchange was probably not a pleasant one. I don't see them black listing you over a simple return, but who knows. Call them ASAP and ask them what this is all about.

This isn't the first time I've heard of them doing this on here.

I'm sure they have their reasons, and I have a feeling I know what one of them is...but it's just speculation on my part, and it doesn't make it right, but it is what it is.

There are plenty of other good BCG's on the market (and plenty of bad ones, too.)
