When I built my AR, I used a Stag lower, (thats what my gunsmith had in stock), a DPMS upper, a RRA BCG, and a 20" colt HBAR 1:7 twist. This has turned out to be a very accurate and reliable gun for me. It will shoot any ammo I've thrown at it with no failures yet.
