I had an EoTech 553 that had the same problem. Zeroing will not help.
In my case what happened was the EoTech actually had the focal plane off inside it - it was fine for years before. Then one day, I turned it on and had the same sight picture you did - off center. Called EoTech and they fixed it ASAP and FedEx it overnight back to me (way out of warranty). They earned my trust after that.
