    Barret .416 CA legal

We’re the original online gun dealer. Find thousands of guns for sale at low prices. Buy your guns, ammo, and gun accessories with confidence at Impact Guns.

I know it's 8 grand, but I really want one before I die. If it wasn't for my lovely state, the 50 would definitely be the way to go (can you say "surplus ammo" ).

This gun is supposed to come with a 10rd non-detachable mag. Does anybody know if it's bullet-buttoned?

The CA version has a bullet button and the mag drops down.
If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.

Yes, that model has a bullet button. That is Ronnie Barrett's way of giving Kalifornia the bird!!

Want one bad, was out in Tennessee and went to the Barrett store and spent way to much time fingering and drooling on them but 8k plus optic!! Need to win the lottery!!
California, love it or leave it....well after fifty years, sure am glad I left!

True that. Time to bust out a couple bucks when I'm itchin for scratch off tickets.

If anything, he did us a favor by chambering the m82 in 416. It would have sucked to only have the bolt-action option

M82s are really fun to shoot but are often mislabeled "precision rifles."

i love the fact that they only made this caliber just to stick it to KALI....
barret .499 would of been even better..ive shot it twice and its a beast...same stopping power...more accurate IMO

or you can do a .22 version of the M82. stock alone cost $330 shipped

                    I have a Ruger 10/22 inside the M82 and weighs about 16lbs. I'm using a 29" barrel for this

The Barrett M99 will house a Marlin 795 .22LR and that will weigh about 20lbs

LOL that's genius! I can imagine everyone clearing away when you pull that out of your range bag. Then all they hear when you pull the trigger is *plink*

manly guns like men themselves are often less than perfect even when they kick *** - true story

Based on what I have seen of the 416 I think it's a better rifle but I would never deny the somewhat primordial lust for all things overkill. + When shtf you could totally loot an arms depot for explosive rounds for that bad boy. Exploding zombies ftw!

The optic is the key to the barret system. If you don't get the computerized optic (your choice of scopes) to go along with it, you're just wasting your time.
