Did you check the customer's hands to ensure he had opposing thumbs? Could have been a disguised chimp.

I got him all fixed up. The disconnector spring was upside down as well and it took vise grips to get that trigger guard roll pin out of the selector detent hole. Surprisingly, the pivot pin and bolt catch assembly were done correctly, just didn't drive the roll pin in all the way.

I've never seen one that came with instructions. It's a lot of parts and I can't fathom someone that would attempt to assemble a firearm without at least checking the web for some help.

I think the blister pack DPMS have an exploded parts diagram which is all you really need.

My first LPK was a DPMS but it came in a bag, not a blister pack.

Actually, you can tighten and stake the castle nut with a flathead screwdriver and a hammer if you're creative about it(and the screwdriver isn't the 25 cent harbor freight bargain bin special that smells funny).

Even that's not a qualifier ... Chimps (and all of the great apes and monkeys) have opposable thumbs. You have to step down to the marmosets and such before you find primates that don't.
