    Muzzle brake?

Can anyone recommend a good muzzle brake for a 10/22 Ruger? I want to reduce the felt recoil. I'm tired of it ripping my shoulder off everytime I shoot it. I was thinking an APA Fat Bastard Muzzle Brake would be perfect.

Using gun control to stop crime is like trying to put out a fire with gasoline!

You need that big JP "tank" brake for a fire breather like that

what .22lr is best for SHTF?
        Is blowback better than recoil?
What type of ruger does seal team 6 use?

ruger 10/22 of course.. that is what weapon was used on bin laden..

seal team 6 uses the TACTICAL of course with a drum mag.. and the JP tank muzzle device.. and word has it that they have trickled down to some other units as well.. that is to replace the M4..

Man, I gave up even shouldering my 10/22. I just fire it from this now with a string to pull the trigger.

-- I love the mythological significance given to Dum Dum Bullets. As if they're little tactical nukes, stacked up in "Assault Clips" ready to be "sprayfired" "from the hip" by pistol grip equipped "bullet hoses" instead of early variations of the softpoint bullets people have been using to take game with (and use for self-defense) for the last century.
