In my experience, the Tula (and Wolf) are not as good as the Bears, or Golden Tiger, or MFS. They are about the same price, so I stay away from the Tula and Wolf.
I haven't shot any of the Herters, but looked at some when in the Cabella store. I would stay away from this too as the first box I opened had some bad cases - holes in the steel case where you could see the projectile.
