Why is there no fully left handed ARs on the market?

I know you can get left handed uppers and ambi-safeties, but why is it so impossible to create a complete mirror image of a right handed AR? The closest I've found is the STAG 15L, but even that has the bolt catch/release on the left side so it's not really mirror image...

Seeing the 15L, it seems like the bolt catch/release is what's holding the whole thing up.....why does it HAVE to be on the left side if everything else can be switched to the opposite side??? Please help me understand why the 15L is as close to mirror as it'll get for the southpaws.

(and no I'm not a lefty, my wife is.....hence all the frustration )

Most civilization is based on cowardice. It's so easy to civilize by teaching cowardice. You water down the standards which would lead to bravery. You restrain the will. You regulate the appetites. You fence in the horizons. You make a law for every movement. You deny the existence of chaos. You teach even the children to breathe slowly. You tame.

well if many lefties shoot right handed ar's and do just fine.. take larry vickers for instance.. fires an ar left handed.. with a right handed ar.. you can always add ambi features to your standard lower...

not to mention no one makes left handed mags, or lefty lower parts kits...

if your set on lefty stuff.. add all the ambi features available.. that really is the closet you will get to left handed..

                Nope, just plain magazines.

Trust me, I would be first in line for a devil gun if they made one, especially if they didn't have the retarded upside down dust cover like the Stag.

Honestly, I've never had a problem shooting anything being left handed. I wouldn't even consider one because most everybody I take shooting with me are right-handed so why make it uncomfortable for a noob when I'm already comfortable shooting as is. YMMV

i hear your paid.. my girl is a wrong hander.. i got her a left handed upper and the only issue she has is dropping a mag but im pretty sure thats just because shes a retard and wont listen to me when i tell her to use her thumb and strip the mag insted of letting it fall... i have no issue at all shooting my ARs left handed other than it feeling less than natural..
Boy the way Glen Miller played, songs that made the hit parade, guys like us we had it made, those were the days, and you know where you were then, girls were girls and men were men, mister we could use a man like Herbert Hoover again, didn't need no welfare states everybody pulled his weight, gee our old Lasalle ran great, those were the days!

Because most lefties man up and use a standard AR , i shoot lefty and really dont have any issues when it comes time for shooting. However there are those lefties that like to whine and moan until they get something specifically for them. I could understand if you needed a left handed bolt gun , but an AR is quite versatile as is

I understand that many left handers just use lefty uppers and they work fine. I'm sure my wife would be one of them too. My question is why no one has been able to make a complete mirror image. WHY DOES THE BOLT CATCH/RELEASE HAVE TO BE ON THE LEFT SIDE, WHY CAN'T THEY MAKE ONE ON THE RIGHT SIDE??????
