See that up and right rise after each shot? The MSTN/PRI Quiet Comp doesn't do that.

thanks for all the posts guys...

im gonna be taking a SCT handgun/carbine 1 course soon, im not gonna be doing any competition style shooting...now taking a tactical course like SCT, im looking into the pws fsc and the battlecomp....i like the price of the pws, but i dont want to be blasting my buddies on the sides of me...i researched it and noticed that the pws has a more noticeable concussion to the sides....but its also $50-$60 cheaper...now for those of you who have taken similar tactical courses and who have ran tactical drills, which comp is better for a tactical course? and if money wasnt the issue, which one would you get?

For Tactical Course the BC is less offensive to the other students. I like the BC much more than the PWS.

Aah, don't sweat your buddies, that's all part of the fun!!

But I will say that having less blast is certainly a benefit when you hit the deck and need to shoot from there. Prone is one thing, but urban prone, roll over prone, supine, etc ... you'll definitely notice the difference from a competition style brake! I ran a JP Cooley brake during one course and after shooting several supine drills I noticed that I had scorched my pant legs! LOL

I have both the PWS and BC. Having shot with both, I can tell you that with the PWS, my fellow peers hated me by days end and placed me on the lateral limits of the shooting line after first hour or so.

The fate of the wounded rest in the hands of the ones who apply the first dressing.
