I have a AR-15 Raddlock, and I have to concur with its name, definately the most radd mag lock I have had to date. I want to keep the tool (little screw driver) in my ACS buttstock. Would this be legal? Seems like a definate yes its legal to me, but it never hurts to ask before your on the spot.

Should be fine as long as it's INSIDE the stock, not attached to it in a manner where it can be used to release the magazine.WTS all BNIB: Colt S70 Repro, HK45c, Gen4 G19 -
i've wondered this same question too...can the tool be attached to the rifle, say dangling in a fashion that it can be easily used to drop the mag?
although, why is it that the "tool" used to drop the mag can't be magnetically attached to the mag lock? it's still a tool...Saying that guns kill people is like blaming a pencil for spelling mistakes.Comment

No. If it's attached, it becomes part of the gun. If it can be used to drop the mag in its attached state, that's considered illegal.WTS all BNIB: Colt S70 Repro, HK45c, Gen4 G19Comment

Just installed one on my ar 308 today. I dno about that, I think that if it IS used to drop the mag while attached, then it would be illegal. Otherwise every single little pin and other skinny things that are receiver parts would be considered illegal on a BB build
Since the little radd-screwdriver needs to be taken out of the stock (or your MIAD grip) to be used, its A-ok.PM or Email me if you have questions: Jpach89@gmail.com
Check out my LMT .308 AR

There were several flavors to choose from, regular, hot cinnamon, or bacon. Im a man of danger so I chose Hot cinnamon to use with my bump fire buttstock.Comment
