Im looking for a trigger for my LMT CQB MRP Defender Piston 16. The stock trigger works well but its not as crisp as I want. I already have a 3lb Timney on the bench gun. What im looking for is a good crisp combat trigger. Something simple and not so complicated. What do you guys think??

I think you need to go to the Disney store for a TIGGER!Using gun control to stop crime is like trying to put out a fire with gasoline!
You don't have to get permission to exercise a RIGHT. If you have to get permission or can be told no by the government it is no longer a right. IT IS A PRIVILEGE!

if you're looking for a 2-stage, then Geissele SSA 2-Stage is what you want. if you want a light pull single, i like my mccormick drop in trigger. timney is great too - and i'm sure there are tons other ones out there that do a good job too.Comment

I have the exact same carbine.
I went the route of the Geiselle SSA (which is 2 stage), and haven't looked back.
If I absolutely needed a single stage trigger, I would have gone with the Iron ridge single stage trigger, which features a nice, wide trigger.
I've heard that AR Gold is coming out with a single-stage "combat trigger", though."I intend to go in harm's way.... I have a fighting ship and I will never retreat from an enemy force..."

Send your trigger parts to http://triggerwork.net/ar15s.html. 4lbs is $35 and a 3lb is $54. I have his 2.5 on my Target AR. Good triggers.Comment
