Old new bro and its not the FBI. There are a couple guys up here that have 20mm rifles mounted to their trucks for shooting. Its locals. I have no idea why a civilian would need this as it would kill any animal in one shot. In fact these pics look like they came from guys up here or Arkansas. I will try and dig up the article. FBI wasnt anywhere in the article though. Weird, same pictures.

And as for the kill any animal in one shot part.....as a hunter, a one shot kill is an ethical kill and is PREFERRED. You know, because if it doesnt die from one well placed shot then the pain is prolonged

But don't worry, that one rifle that will be stored in moth balls and only used for training as it is never likely to be a 100 miles near the need to use it to stop a vehicle or bring down a small plane, is far more dangerous to you.
