Every thing except the entertainment in Pasadena sucks man.

    I will vote for a donkey-sex maniac if he's pro-gun.

Did a PPT at Turners in San Bernardino last weekend and everything went smoothly. They were quick and pleasant enough. They didn't even seem annoyed to have to do a PPT.

Can't say anything about the Tuner's of topic. Pretty screwed up for sure.

Turner's in Orange though, has always been good to me. Done three new purchases there, and 1 PPT (took 10 min). Last time I was in there it was BUSY, and I was complaining to the guy that I have a Browning "Sweet 16", and how 16 GA shells were so rare to find in stock anywhere. It was a casual conversation, customers waiting behind, and he didn't seem to rush me out of the way at all. Got into a conversation about AR's and he was cool with that. He actually gave me his personal ph.# and told me he has some extra ammo that he doesn't use. He told me to contact him when I would be in the store the next time. I called him up and he actually made the effort to bring them to work with him the next day. I got 6 boxes of 16 GA ammo from him @ $3 a box! Pretty cool of him to do that I think.

Maybe it just depends on the sales person. Sucks though. Too bad there aren't more of these guys out there. Nothing justifies bad customer service in any way, shape, or form.

I always have great experience at Chino Hills Turner's. The staffs are pretty nice and eager to help me. The price is a bit high, but they are right around the corner from my house!

I have to say, in all fairness, that I sold a gun last night PPT at Turner's Pasadena. The old gray-haired guy working there handled everything courteously, professionally and as fast as the mountains of paperwork would allow. $35 all up, no problems.

BTW, he showed us the instant check #, the number showed that 1,748 handguns were transferred or bought yesterday in the state of California before 7:30 PM. Not bad for a Tuesday!

Nihong-gin dude? I talked to that guy once and he was very courteous and professional compared to Eduardo.
