That is not good. I wonder what had happened.

I did my PPT as a buyer there yesterday and didn't have any issues. It took me about 35 minutes, but everything was fine.

That is the atitude from the counter jockies at turners...Hell, even ho's pretend to enjoy the experience

You would think that management would sent in "mystery shoppers" and document the customer experience for employee review. In this economy, to drive the consumer into looking for other places to shop when you had them in your store would be a fireable offense if i was in turner management.

I couldn't agree with you more! I went there this Saturday and I got the look from this guy like I was an alien when I asked for some rifles. He could have easily told me. We have none in stock but the ones on the rack.

He also gave some other guy attitude when he asked about a pistol. What a douche! I wish I had gotten his name but it's the short chubby guy!

YEP! That's the TURD! He thought he was being funny with his witty remarks but he was just being a big douche bag! "Yep we're just giving them away now." when asked "...are you still selling this gun?" by a customer.

File a complaint about the customer service with their corporate office. If enough people do that, it will get a response.

I literally live 1 mile away from that dump.

I hate it with a passion. I have gone in 4 or 5 times to purchase ammo and ask a few questions, and every single time I have left empty handed. I wait about 90 minutes to ask a simple question about a rifle case, or a certain brand of ammo, or an accessory for one of my weapons and I am brushed aside. (I am very patient). When I ask the question they scoff and give me a BS answer (which I already know is BS) and I leave. I just put whatever is in my hands on the counter, turn and walk out.

I dont mind driving to Burbank now to speak with someone who will help me.

I can't say all Turner's are bad since my fiancee and I had a really good experience at the one in Southbay. They answered all questions and they had alot of rifles and guns in stock. Well...that was about 6 months ago, so I'm not sure about their stock now.
