ESCAPE IF YOU CAN
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
"The Second Amendment ex-tends, prima facie, to all instruments that constitute bearable arms, even those that were not in existence at the time of the founding." - The United States Supreme Court - -
True. But the OP in this thread was asking who would do a transfer for featureless in San Diego. Since there has been a lot of discussion on what is legal or not along with all the confusion on the wording of the new law, it definitely appeared to be a question regarding legality of the current BB.
If your question was never from a legal standpoint, then it actually doesn't make a lot of sense.Originally posted by FjoldI've been married so long that I don't even look both ways when I cross the street.Nothing is so permanent as a temporary government program.

There you go.Senate Bill 880
Redefines what constitutes an assault weapon in order
to close the bullet button loophole. Also requires registration
of weapons previously not prohibited, under the new definition.
Specifically, this bill:
1)Revises the definition of "assault weapon" to mean "a
semiautomatic centerfire rifle, or a semiautomatic pistol that
does not have a fixed magazine but has any one of those
specified attributes."
2)Defines "fixed magazine" to mean "an ammunition feeding device
contained in, or permanently attached to, a firearm in such a
manner that the device cannot be removed without disassembly
of the firearm action."Comment

None of the three of you knows the answer to my question

I answered your 2nd question PT2nd. To me you want to know how the rifles were outfitted and whether or not they left the bb or switched out for a standard magazine release. My answer was simply stating that it doesn't matter, because your question came off as a concern.Originally posted by FjoldI've been married so long that I don't even look both ways when I cross the street.Nothing is so permanent as a temporary government program.

Yes and WHY is this happening?????? Since you're posting on a public forum, but don't wish to discuss with anyone, why don't you PM the parties you are interested in. In addition why don't you just ignore comments that you have a problem with. A suggestion.Look if you guys think I'm gonna cave in and say...
