I broke my PSA 9 mm bolt today

My PSA 9mm bolt broke today. The screw holding the bolt carrier key broke clean today after 10 rounds. Called them, but since it was not serialized part and I traded that with another Calgunner, no warranty for me...
I used all PSA kit minus lower.
Any recommendations for repair/replacement from the experts?

I tested this with a piece of painters tape on the back of a snap cap. Pulled the trigger and it indeed left a indentation on the tape. That is a good sign. Hope it hits hard enough to ignite a primer as well.

if you can unscrew harbor freight sells left hand drill bits
you run them in reverse, at some point it will grip and unscrew
best to use alot of heat before trying to loosen the screw

              then just replace them

I have 2 of PSA mag blocks. First works "OK" but have an a bit issues with loading full 10 rounds loaded CA restricted mags on close bolt. That no a big issue. Additionally it fail to load about 2-3% cases , specially on the last round in the magazine.
Today I used another lower with second mag block, and it run great for a full 10 rounds , until the bolt key broke :-(.
More tests after I will repair the bolt.

I've got a PSA magblock in mine that has had near 1,000 rounds. Works fine.

                      Hey,

I had the same failure - read here:

A new Grade 8 bolt from Ace, some Loctite, staked, and I've been fine for another 500 rounds so far. I think these uppers had loose screws in some cases.

Been pretty happy with the kit, for the price. It's a fun setup.

I have a psa upper and mag block Im working on. I will be using modified uzi mags instead. I will be documenting it and making videos too.
Do you guys, with the psa bolts, think I should replace the "gas key" screws with grade 8 cap screw or just leave it? I really dont want to have to drill out a broken screw...

I think I'm going to be proactive and just replace mine. So a 1/4-20 by 1/4" long screw is the perfect fit?

Pretty sure that's an 8-32 cap screw, not 1/4-20.

I used a 80% to make this one from a Colt SMG kit. All Colt except the lower and buffer tube and blade and PSA Magblock

This one is on a Hi-Standard lower with a Colt 9mm Carbine kit with a 9mm A2 ish muzzle break and A1 stock.PSA Magblock
