Make sure the gun is unloaded then take a pic of the opening on the muzzle device. Hard to say but it looks like a brake. Fixed stock, no PG, brake..should be good to go. Don't put a vertical foregrip on it though I think that is a banned feature.

Looks like a brake to me. Only thing left I can suggest is if you know the model of the muzzle device, look it up online to check if they market it as reducing flash.

2) Find a poster size picture of Hilary, Difi, and Nancy Pelosi.
3) While standing in front of the poster, have your 21st digit hanging out of your pants ,extend your middle finger Promently up in the air, and start yelling at the top of your lungs "Screw you Libratards.....

Now you will be truly ready to remove your mag lock.

Because I avoided the whole featureless thing I never notice that would be an issue to leave the maglock on there once you made it comply with section 1 of SB23.

But there it is plain as day, section 2. A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds.

Pretty much guaranteed that they did not realize they would actually be encouraging people to run detachable standard (hi) capacity magazines with that language.

SB23 is such an ill conceived poorly written absolutely useless law.

^ This. The manufacturer refers to it as a muzzle brake and makes no allusion or statement with regard to a FH, so you are GTG.
